Live the life that you choose

Recovery may seem like a lonely path, but it really doesn’t have to be. You’ll be amazed what opens up once acceptance of thyself is embraced and blame is put to rest.

Addictive tendencies, actions and habits tend to bear with them an element of guilt. Forgiveness for oneself first and foremost would be a good place to start. Does one find themselves wallowing in their own self-pity and blame? If so, consider what it would be like to live differently. To be free.

As a Certified Recovery Coach I coach to support and understand you, but I also coach to help you see your well hidden truths that you are not acknowledging. Together we will explore your blind spots, own what you need to own and work towards empowering your beliefs about who you are and what you are capable of.

I want to know what your Dreams are ? What is your purpose in life ? What do you Value ? What are your Hopes?

Our past does not have to shape our future.

“It’s only after you have stepped outside your comfort zone that you begin to change, grow and transform”

Roy T Bennett

Recovery Coaching is a non clinical approach to support and empower an individual and manage obstacles both internal and in their external environment.

I serve you as your personal guide and mentor, building positive habits and reconnecting you to values that matter to you.

Whether you are currently in recovery or considering cutting down and managing your use of alcohol or drugs or considering giving up, I will coach you. You don’t need to be clean to be coached.

As a Recovery Coach I encourage and support positive change towards a free’er life.

This is not limited to and could include all of the following:

  • Straight out from treatment support.

  • Meeting you where you are in what you perceive to be recovery.

  • Build community and or family support for your recovery journey.

  • Establish goals to support not only your recovery, but to achieve your dreams.

  • Reduce harm associated with the use of drugs or alcohol.

  • Assist in all resourceful matters to support your recovery (Rehab/treatment, harm reduction, support groups local to you or online, family support, detox, referral for specialised treatment if necessary).

We will need to be real with each other, this level of work is tough, emotional and can most certainly be uncomfortable, but if it was easy you’d have done it by now …… right ?

With that said, I promise you a deep level of trust, care, authenticity, kindness and 100% commitment. I would expect you to promise me the same, because this for me is a formula that I know works.

“I'm not telling you it's going to be easy - I'm telling you it's going to be worth it.”
